The more I do yoga the more I feel like doing yoga. I've noticed a decrease in shoulder pain (very thankful) Dad is still having a hard time but seems to be sleeping better during the night (also very thankful) I've done better the last two days on my WOE. HAPPY WINTER SOLSTICE! This means starting today the amount of daylight will increase each day.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 December 2016:
1641 kcal Fat: 90.39g | Prot: 88.43g | Carb: 127.53g.   Breakfast: Clover Honey, Coffee, Whole Milk, Sargento Colby Jack Cheese Sticks, Hard-Boiled Egg. Lunch: Yellow Sweet Corn, Lasagna with Meat. Dinner: Whole Milk, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pork Spareribs. Snacks/Other: Daily Chef Shelled Walnuts, Great Value Lowfat Blended Yogurt - Vanilla, Better Body Foods Organic Chia Seeds. more...

Yoga and Pilates=wonderful for your joints. You will start to feel stronger and stronger and notice less and less pain. Plus, it is relaxing. Good job buddy!

Your Dad may want to try Tai Chi. It's is a stand-up, slow-moving, weight-bearing exercise.

I love the part about daylight increasing! It feels like I should go to bed at six o'clock because it has been dark here for so long.

@emark... thanks for the encouragement my father is bed bound. I would like to have some comparisons on Tai Chi vs yoga tho.
