My birthday is Jan of 1976. I currently live in Mo. while caring for my father whose health is very poor. When I became a caregiver in July of 2016 I gained a lot of weight from stress. I am striving to stay healthy and lose weight. This site provides some much needed support.

Ok! I know this is gross but!
I totally aggree with kattk. I have proven to myself that cutting back on meat and adding fruits and veggies does the trick. Also right before bed I do a few sets of crunches and that has also helped. I have battled cronic constipation for a cpl years and just always figured that I would go whenever I really needed to. Then I learned how important it is to make sure your regular.

Still trying to navigate this site. I am hoping it is like a fb for dieters. I'm just trying to gain awareness of what I eat and increase my activity. I am 5' 7" 185 and trying to slim down for bikini season.

Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
I am trying to not pick through out the day, a bad habit I have had off and on until I learned about emotional eating. Now that I have the app on my phone each night I check to see where my calorie intake vs output is and try to have more output than intake. I have a hard time with the food calorie counter sometimes tho. I do alot of homeade recipies and it seems like sometimes the numbers are off.

Exercise Diary
If an activity isn't in the exercise diary is there any one who can research and enter it? I would like to know how many calories are burned while playing ping pong. It happens to be my bf favorite before dinner activity and I usally end up playing with him.
