This is a huge week for me and I have to thank my Fat Secret family AND pat myself on the back for staying focused.

I planned to eat specific foods this week by making a trip to the grocery store on Sunday and getting 5 days worth of meals. ((I FAILED ON THIS...I still have most of that food on a shelf in the kitchen))

I planned to embrace a VLCD protocol with a daily calories limit of 800. ((I FAILED ON THIS))

Guess what? It doesn't matter and here's why. AMAZINGLY I succeeded with reducing my daily calorie average by 25%.

That's all fine and dandy but a 25% reduction means nothing if I am eating 4000 calories and only burning 3000 right? Nope, not me, that was the old me. My last week's M - F daily calorie average was 1510.4. So far this week M - Th, my daily calorie average is 1132.75

Congrats, Ches - you are doing great. I am struggling to keep on the program right now - too much drama and stress at work. I've returned to old habits of going to comfort foods.

Thanks Chele and John. Chele, wow! Looked at your progress in such a short amount of time. Job well done. Jonh, you have been a supporter of mine for quite some time now. You can pat yourself on the back because you have done well on your journey. I am keeping my head low in the office because layoffs are pending so I can relate about job stress. Stress can be a POWERFUL motivator so use it to your benefit and get focused. You were sub 200 before and you can get back there. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
