Thanks everyone for your encouragement with my recent journal entry about resetting my goal weight for the end of the year. I will be going off the radar for a few days. Today is my last day in the office until next Tuesday. I got this. Family has started trickling in town for my sisters wedding on Sunday. I already suggested to some guys in the office that next week, I will invite them to another Workplace Hustle Week step challenge. Last week's winner averaged 13,700 daily steps in 5 days, my average was only over 11K. I figure, if I aim for 15K daily steps and also set a specific lower daily calorie goal, I will be back on track and maybe even take the winner title for that week. PEACE my FS family, I will make you proud.
