I am sticking to the trainer's program as best I can, motivated by 5 pound loss! Tough to do at work but if I had not had the tart for a snack I could have done a great job today. I am going to try to get a full 8 hours sleep because I think that helps too.

Stocked up on basics and will get a few more tomorrow - 90 degree weather this week so I am walking early and then late, but not so much in the middle!

Went contradancing tonight and that got my steps up over 10,000 for the day, even though I sat around and rested most of the work day.
