NavymomT's Journal, 09 July 2016

Tonights dinner was 3 oz chicken breast marinated in Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki, and soy sauce. Then baked in olive oil with seasonings. 2T of yellow squash and 2T of green beans with no added fat. Problem is that i didnt eat until late and now will be going to bed shortly. I was outside of my IF window but i am ok with that because i am full and it was good. i will do better tomorrow.

Drink plenty of water tonight - soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire have lots of sodium.

it was and i will probably have one more piece of chicken tonight for supper along with an avocado.

I'm with Jimmie, don't sweat the window. The food sounds good and you're doing great! A day outside your usual IF won't hurt. You got this!

thanks for all the support and encouragement. i hate to say it but i am getting more support here than i am in realtime. I do every so often get a compliment from my daughter but nothing like i get here. it helps A LOT to have all of my family here to support me. i cant tell you how much you all mean to me.

You did great but be careful with the soy sauce and teriyaki because of their salt content. They might cause water weight.
