Time seems to have a way of changing your life and the goals you have in life. I am once again determined to get back into the gym and get the rest of this weight off and keep it off. With the favor of the Lord, I can do this without being in any pain. I have worked too hard to get where I am currently am to let a disease defeat me.

i have never bought a workout dvd but i am going to a gym to workout. does that count in order to get into the group?

Diet Pills
I am working on getting into a diet plan but when you hear the yoyo of eat this, dont eat that, but try this but not that...i cant figure out what is good and what isnt. It is so stressful just trying to find out what is really good for weight loss.

Diet Pills
I am currently taking Hydroxycut. I was on it years ago and between working out, watching what i ate, and taking that, i did lose a great deal of weight but i had children....i have not been the same weight since. So I know it can work but with me being a lot older now, i am just not sure how well it will work.
