Happy Saturday, my Best Buddies!

To log, or not to log? That is the question!

The average of my two Idiot Boxes over the past four days is 161.2 - yikes - is it real? I am not sure if four days is consistent enough for me to log it - I usually wait a week to 10 days to call it consistent.

What do you think?

I will lower the June 10th goal a bit and see what happens by then!

I also decided to go biking today with my husband - we are not distance riders, but it is a fun way to get in an extra day of burning a few calories. (Yay! We biked for an hour and had a lovely ride!)

Current Goals: May to June 10th & Aug 1st

*Idiot boxes consistently weigh 162.4 by June 10th
*Bodyfat at 25% or less by August 1 (last reading 25.56%)
*Macros average: 65%-70% fat, 23-26% protein, 9% or less carbs
*NET carbs less than 20 grams daily
*Lift heavier at gym – achieve new PR for weight or reps by August 1
*Continue HIIT during cardio work
*Complete four-week abdominal challenge at the gym – lose at least one inch: 32"-33”
*Wear the “red pants” comfortably by July 4

Long Range Goals: 2016
*Bodyfat at 24% or less
*Maintain Idiot Box around 150-158lbs staying under goal weight for a while
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility

HCB, no advice on the weight -- though congrats!! I average over a week. Awesome on the bike ride!!! I need to drag mine out of the basement yet.

LOL @sjF60 - they are red pants - like jeans. I once bought them used, and the tag size was obviously not accurate because the pants had been washed many times and shrunk. I am guessing they are like size 11 - junior size - when the tag said 14...
