Today I turned 33 and last week I reached my lowest weight of my adult life :)

I didn't get to reach my milestone of dropping less than 100kg but I have accomplished losing 30kg and I am really happy about that.

I haven't been updating my Food Diary these last few days as it's been very indulgent and today I shall be eating more cake(it's my birthday and I can eat cake if I want to dammit!) so its not going to be my usual low carb Tuesday.

I think back to last year this time when I was weighing in at over 134kg and I realized that losing the weight has been one of the best things I could have done for my health and confidence.

I'd like to thank all of you for the motivation thus far and you all play a vital role in a support system that helps me alot :)
