Draglist's Journal, 26 March 2016

Woke at 210.7, up 3.9 from yesterday after last night's chocolate fest and no exercise driving all day. Oh well, happy Easter! Pretty decent breakfast at Cracker Barrel with my brothers and sisters. Then had a scotch and a chocolate milkshake later in the day at a neat place. Also sampled some virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars at a specialty story. All of that was under 1400 calories, but then we went out to a legendary deli/restaurant in Rocky River, Ohio, called Joe's. Ate a Lebanese appetizer sampler that was plenty for dinner alone. And then ate a roasted chicken sub and half my sister's corn beef sandwich. Trouble... But fun and delicious.

Virgin and infused olive oils, anyone? We left with many bottles!

Silly man...you're only up 1 pound because the other 2.9 are from the meds...look back at your logs and I suspect I'm right on target! Happy Easter & enjoy the time with the family! :d

Sounds like good trouble... :-) Same thing at our end, BQ ribs tonight, double smoked ham and scalloped potatoes tomorrow...even with some fasting it will be two days at least to "settle" things down. Happy Easter Bill and all, take care!!
