TIGGER post. JUST BECAUSE HE'S SO CUTE 🤣. His pancreatitis is getting better now that I changed his food. Lunch for me today was Beef bourguignon.. sort of. Turned into beef soup with bacon. I counted a glass of red wine in the calories. I'm not sure how cooking with wine affects calories.

He's adorable. And I basically gave up wine with dinner bc of the extra calories. Unfortunately, cooking doesn't change the calorie count :-(

Livin Breezy, thanks. That's what I thought, full calories counted. I rarely drink, empty calories. I used half the called for amount and added beef broth. The flavor was great!
