I'll take it! Being on vacation and not having a scale for 2 weeks was successful! I could tell by the way my clothes fit that I wasn't gaining but didn't expect to lose weight. I was nervous to step on scale...
We were pretty active, walking/ hiking most days. I'm sad I didn't pick up my weights except for one day though. I'm not sure why but perhaps I needed a break or maybe because I was enjoying the cardio exercise I was getting. I hate indoor cardio, I get so bored but being outside in God's country was magical!
I see my nutritionist tomorrow so we shall see if measurements have changed.😀
132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liv, thank you! Its always mixed feelings when we come home..sad not to be on vacation anymore but it's nice to be able to have a home and get back into my routine.🩷. Fritzy, Thanks. I have to take bp for every morning now that we are home. I'll call for a device check today and probably go later in week. 🩷

Happy you made it through vacation without gaining. Generally, the opposite happens to me even though I am active. Most of my gain comes from eating out at restaurants almost every lunch and dinner. Too much salt, fat, and carbs. But it comes off within a couple of weeks.

Diana thats like getting a little present you were not expecting (scale info). Super happy for you what a fun way to come home and bet you now feel like next time you are on vacay you will most likely be fine upon returning. You’ve been in my thoughts the past few days. Im so worried for you and am hoping they just need to do a little tweak and you will be all good to go.

Great work and I think mixing up your workouts is good and fools the body. I think sometimes we need a break from the weights too. I am getting stronger again and coming back on my strength gains and so far without the constant muscle soreness. Glad you got to be outdoors and enjoy it by being active!

YOH, It was a surprise to lose weight! I was pretty happy! Thanks for your concern.💜 I have a device check appointment on Thursday. I did good in bodypump today. I lifted lighter than normal because I haven't worked out with weights for 2 weeks. Got home and took my BP like Dr said. It was low. 87/65. Heart rate was 108. Still up from working out...🩷🩷. RPL, I totally agree with you about changing things up a bit. I think my body really responded to the cardio. I did bodypump today. All good. I was tired but I'm always tired. I am glad to hear you are back in track. I knew you would! I can't wait to see your gains in your next picture!🩷💪
