I am at same weight …no change there which is ok. I went to nutritionist and all measurements were the same except for waist. I was disappointed at the number.. It was 31” . My nutritionist said it could be elevated because I had corned beef the night before and it was really salty. She wasn’t to concerned and was pleased I was able to lose a pound while we were vacationing and that I was able to be so active.I am back to working out at the gym and feeling pretty good. I have Dr appt. today for device check on my pacemaker. I’m still feeling a bit dizzy but not as severe as before. Usually happens when getting up from a seated position. I have been taking blood pressure ( as requested by Dr) and so far it’s consistently been in the double digits. I have low bp so that isn’t unusual. I am alittle nervous about this Dr visit for some reason. Oh well…at least I’ll know what’s going on.
132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like you had a good visit. Proud of you! Yeah salt bloating is a thing. I was eating pork rinds because I craved them. No regrets. Hope your other appointment give you the answers.

Praying for you! You are at an ideal weight for average height, but if your doctor still wants you to lose, you can do it! People have all kinds of reasons for having a specific ideal weight even when they are already looking great on the outside! For example, I know a person who is worried about weight gain even though they are trim, walk for hours every single day, and look like they could gain 20-30 lbs and still look great lol, because of a joint condition where every pound weighs down on your joints…no wonder they walk so much. Most average-height women would love to be 131, but your doctor knows best.
