Today is an egg day. I def won't buy these sausages again. Only home made. So much better. I saw a new electrocardiologist this week. Im FINALLY diagnosed: SVT AND IST. Now I know why I'm tired. My HR is 150 just watching water boil.

Morticia it was decent. Ya. Been trying to get a diagnosis all year. Been having this problem for years but it got really bad in February. Hard to walk to the stairs. Super tired. Guess it might be just something i was born with. Heart beating wildly lol. So now I'm exhausted from the meds. Oh this is so fun. At least I'm losing weight. 📉 I just feel so lazy. I need to make some more soup!

Leah thanks, me too. The new med made me so tired i couldn't do anything today. It's really a bummer to have something that is not curable by diet and exercise. At least losing weight will help fatigue just by being lighter.

So do they have a plan— there are multiple potential interventions for this especially since you are symptomatic
