STORMGIRL. It did look good. I think going with straight cheese and no cream in sauce would have much better flavor. I'm missing onions and the burger was bland. So much for my experiment. I'll try again next week.

SAM Penya. Nope. Well, maybe a fewv from the cheese sauce i made. I only have cheese occasionally. I ate half the burger for lunch half for dinner. Was good. Keep that inflammation, insulin down and glucose level. Bam!
