I had Brisket for Breakfast and Lunch... and like Tigger, I LOVE the stuff... hold the yummy Onions till I get this Carnivore thing figured though :-))

We have a neighbor who has a big grill he cooks brisket on for his church. One of our dogs in particular likes to escape under the fence and hide under the grill. He comes back with brisket grease on his fur smelling like it. He is the same color as your dog and we call him “our blonde brisket dog.” 😂

I've got a brisket in the slow cooker right now. I grabbed it out of the freezer last night after I saw this post. Seasoned it with a packet of fajita seasoning. 

@Erikahollister... you kinda inspired me, I got a cut up Chicken on sale, so used my Taco Seasoning Mix on it, and into the oven (covered) for 1 3/4 hours @375. Also got some Pork Side Ribs on sale, so tha twill get marinated in Garlic and Onion Powder, then sprinkled with my Tandoori Spice Mix, and into the Oven (covered) for 2 hours @285... oh and this is all on baking racks, so a lot the fatty stuff drips off... just finished cutting up a roasted Veal Brisket for the freezer, got a few nice pieces off it.
