Well I haven't Checked my weight are really watched what I was eating for 3.5 Months. I was proud of myself for not gaining much weight. I mean I baked ate, cakes cookies, pizza, and ate out a lot. No real excuses just wanted to live what most call a normal life. It has also been a stressfull 3 months, several friends passed, my son needed a new car, my best friend father is deathly ill as well. So I have been guilty of stress eating hence the cakes and so forth. Hopefully I can get back on track in the new year.
274.6 lb Lost so far: 106.4 lb.    Still to go: 274.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
