Tamme's Journal, 24 May 2011

I was bad bad bad on Sunday and Monday. It is easy to tell when I'm being bad because I don't track in my food journal. I don't like to face the fact that I'm consciously making the choices that don't support my goals.

I weigh-in tomorrow and setting a goal to journal everyday and include everything. The good, the bad, and the ugly...

Thank you for support:) I need all I can get. I have super munchies kicked off by a craving for something indeterminable. After an unfortunate run in with some brownies last night, I'm trying really hard to stay strong.

one of the things that has helped me out over the last few weeks is 1) keeping a container of sliced cucumbers in the fridge when I feel the urge to munch these fill me up, they are cool and refreshing. and when you just gotta have something sweet try the Atkin's endulge nutty fudge brownie can be purchased at any low carb grocery I cut it into three's and treat myself a little each night if need.. I have worked down to 1 bar a week over 3 nights when required. it does the trick :)

I like to put peppermint patties in the freezer and have one a day. They are the bite size ones and putting them in the freezer slows me down or I would really eat the entire bag!

You can do this my friend. I'm the same way. When I start eating bad, I tend to not log it. I went ahead and logged my bad day Monday and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Still way more calories than I would normally eat, but seeing it in picture made me not feel so bad and yesterday was easier to regroup and get back on track.
