Day 8

Well hello after the Weekend !
Hope everyone had fun!

So I was not 100% good over the weekend , BUT the fact that I can remember and log everything I ate is a bonus, which means I did NOT binge or overeat! Yes everything was not healthy but I tried to keep a clear mind and not indulge too much!
I am proud of my weekend which is certainly one of the better ones I've had in the past 2 months, if not longer!
So next weekend will be better and so on and so forth!

lol didnt i mentioned to u that im going to kill you if u dont stick to ur plan....but ok u get a pass firstly because u made a conscious decision which is a thumbs up on ur part and secondly cause i went totally bonkers cause of eid lol and i have a feeling im going to end up paying for it BUT its a holiday that only comes around twice a year so decided not to miss out on it

Thanks @ DK902 @ Ibiza - It's all about improvement and balance - I didn't have the best - but better than usual so next time it can only get better!

Same as dear Shy ... I didn't eat amazingly, but i ate better than i used to - improvement right thurrr.

LOL, too much ice cream for me and exceeded my daily calorie intake, but if I am good 72% of the time (5 of 7 days), then i'm sure the 10% improvement that I expect will eventually happen...
