Day 5 ..

So the real challenge lies ahead ... not losing Control during the weekend AND weighing every meal and having all my meals as I am supposed to! But I really want to do it, as bad weekends can seriously hinder progress, and it's just not worth it !

I was weak this morning and weighed myself... not recording it since I do have to add my scale is bonkers and I usually only count the gym scale weights !

Good luck to everyone during the weekend - keep your goals in mind and stay strong! Imagine what you will wear in the summer months if you feel like giving up! Or stand in front of the mirror... naked... and try to have that cheat!!

You can do eeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!! So proud of you Annie!!! You are totes my inspiration :D And i get so upset with myself when i eff up cos I think 'Annie would be so unproud of me' lol.

I don't judge - remember I have a wedding Dress fitting and I still need to get married and go on honeymoon prancing around in sundresses and shit... so I do not really have a choice but to stick to my guns! And you CAN do it, every day is not going to be perfect and temptation will always be there, but with time you will get stronger and you will learn your balance !!

fuk i hate weekends....so far every single weekend since ive been outa hospital ive slipped up AND its eid this weekend so now its gonna be extra hard...goodluck on the weekend, i hope u make it cause i know u can, its all about wanting it that badly SO if you want it then go get it :P...and u tamzen lol dont keep urself a stranger, il be food stalking you this weekend and u shy aswel to make sure u keeping on track so promise you'll log everything, even if its just a swt so that if i c it i can rain hell down on u hahahahahaha #joking

Weekends are bad due to habit and events ... I believe if you stay strong 1 single weekend , the next will be easier ! Firstly we need to keep Routine going in weekends - have usual Breakfast etc.. then if you do go to an event or whatever - you won't feel the need to pig out ! We just need to refocus and lose that whole Idea of "I'll be good next week again" cause then you eat even more cause you feel you might as well stuff it all in before you hit Monday! Treat it as a regular day , keep busy and have your regular meals!

Weekends is bad, but then you must still exercise on weekends so if you do eat wrong stuff u don't feel so bad , so who of you are going to gym this weekend ? I'm working on getting me a baby sitter for tomorrow, I want to go cycle on my road bike first time in about 2 months.

I hope I learn to balance :/ :/ You're actually very right hey (you're making a habit out of this woman)... if i think 'stuff this shit, i'll start fresh Monday' I devour everything in site because ya know, Monday it's starting clean and healthy lol. So here's to enjoying weekends like it's weekdays!

I normally go to gym on Saturday morning - we have class at 08:00 and sometimes sunday as well! But this weekend is a bit busy with wedding stuff ! If you wanna cheat on the weekend - save it for Sunday ! Monday is right after that and it's only 1 day! And it gives you something to look forward to :) @ Saige - that sounds fun! Outdoor workouts are fun - you lose track of time and just enjoy it more !

LOL, no excercise for me this weekend thanks. Doing a 5km funrun on Saturday morning with the kids, but thereafter I will laze and graze for the rest of the weekend... All good stuff still though, as I am adamant to loos another kg this weekend and aiming for 2 next week, so its lettuce and spinach for me this weekend...
