Well, I only log weigh in's once a week, but I am back down 1 pound from yesterday (so at 144 this AM). Will continue w/ Induction Friendly Only, Water, Walking, Low Sodium, and no nuts!
Outside of that, the whole weekend was rather long. Hubby has some kind of a stomach bug, and didn't feel well. Lots of hanging around, and even with high fees, there's junk on tv... spent a lot of time on the computer.
Thinking a lot about all of the needs of some friends here... praying for peaceful resolutions, healings, financial breakthroughs, safety, strength, endurance, an increase in FAITH, and so much more!!!
