I only love canned beets plain ..is that weird :/

I like canned beets in my salad, but you can roast “real” ones also. Check Pinterest. 

I enjoy them in smoothies! I boil them for about 40 minutes and peel and keep in fridge for add ons throughout my week. makes such a gorgeous smoothie.

my mom used to pickle them somehow boy we're those awesome.  

kabobs. quite tasty if you mix with other root veggies. watch carefully if sugar beets. 

Yum yum... Ingredients 1/2 pound fresh beets 1/4 small red onion 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon canola oil 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil 1 small garlic clove, minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper Yum yum.....

Not really the best summer meal, but beets, cabbage, meat stew, topped with a spot of sour cream. 

For fun, make Molly Yeh’s “pickled beet deviled eggs”. Who wouldn’t want to eat pink deviled eggs?

Shredded raw on salad. Particularly good in a carrot and beet salad. Shredded raw into a smoothie. Peeled and roasted with a little olive oil and salt. My mother hates beets. I think they're heaven. We aren't quite sure I'm really her daughter 🤔🤣 

shredded carrots and pears a lil sour cream and garam masala. 

Russian beet soup (borscht) - sooo good, delicious and packed with nutrients.  

All those ways to eat beets! I have to try some -- my favorite just plain buttered.
