Wow, tonight I don't feel good. I had a pepsi and it really made my stomache hurt. I know that I have to cut it totally out of my diet. I know that its not helping my ms, I don't know how to deal with cravings. Or the feel of hunger even though you just ate. I go tp poland this weekend. I don't know how much I can work out. But I will have to be really careful on what I eat. My workout today was really good. I definately felt it. Ha ha
