I am 30 years old with Multiple Sclerosis. I am not trying to lose weight to be skinny. I need to lose some weight so that my legs don't hurt so bad. My ms causes extreme leg pain, but since I put on some weight my legs hurt even worse. So I want to try and loose for health reasons, I eat a low fat diet, but I slip/cheat once in a while. But as of today, with the Calorie counter, I hope this will make me see how my body is working
