well I am having a very hard time getting in all my carbs. I think my choice of moving up to 25g carbs will help. I am finding it hard to have veggies that are low in carbs that give me a substantial amount for a snack. I am such a snack and go person I do not have much time to actually sit and eat snacks. I think being able to add the berries and melon will help a lot.
