Well Well Well let me see. What do I say to this Moment? It has been a wonderful day. I got through my procedure. I've slept most of the day. A polyp was found and removed. and right now I'm feeling ok. They said I can go back to normal tomorrow. So I will, but at the same time listen to my body. Foot I'm getting just a little to old to be trying to turn cart wheels lol. I hope everyone has had a fruitful day. Still thanking you guys for all of your support. I'll keep moving

Yes, I'm glad everything went as normal. Ease back into eating more fibre though, it'll be rough going if you jump right back into eating lots of fibre.
