Happy 😃 😃 Sunday...

Wanted more miles...but regardless of how comfy saddle starts out feeling...after so many miles..that feeling is replaced with there’s no comfy place to sit....last 2 miles was 2hard miles to get thru....and yes 20 would of made me happier...but what I got feels just fine...

Yesterday’s recovery day was spent with the hours before noon sleeping and just trying to get with the day...after lunch went outside...wishing that on my off days I wasn’t so tired the first part of the day....

If I get bored may try and do a few more miles after lunch...be nice to get closer to 70 miles for week...or more...challenges....don’t stop cause your tired or under the weather...

Hydrating as I journal...seem to be extra dry today..even though I been thru 40 oz or more since I got up at 4am..one of them days I guess...

What happened WBH? You said it was rest day, yet there you are back in the saddle. Brother, and I said only 5 miles. Wow! Very impressed!👍
