Today could of been a rest day...

Happy 😃 Monday...

Alarm on cell went off at 4am....I shut it off...unlike me...layed there...next time I looked it was 430am...I’m thinking...I’m tired...beyond tired....that 17 mile ride on Sunday kicked my butt...actually it did....but felt like tenderized hamburger after that ride...to long in saddle....but...I rolled outta bed at 430am...tinkled..went in and turned flat screen and trainer...walked back into living room..plopped down in recliner....I’m a morning person...but takes me couple of hours to fully wake up...at 5am...I’m looking at wall clock...thinking...Monday...day off..sounds good...has a nice sound....at 510 am...I’m in bedroom dragging on riding bibs...still thinking about a day off...at 525 am...I’m cranking up Zumba music on you tube...turning on head phones...getting on trainer...thinking...first mile the hardest...but I did a ride...yes it was a struggle today...yes I wanted to take the day off...but i have commitments on strava...in form of challenges to meet by end of month...and it’s always down to the wire....you can be a winner...you can be a loser....the choice is yours....I do monthly challenges on Strava cause it motivates me...they have them for runners as well..or walkers to....

Forgot to weigh in...it’s the same...had all that loss...now my body is catching up with the loss....

Man it was nice out yesterday...raked some leaves off carport....that had been collecting for a few weeks...no trees in yard...but always have leaves....

Suppose to be nice next few days...rain on Wednesday...

Welp...another happy happy fantastic way to start a fabulous day...

at it already!! great work. I didn't set an alarm. woke at 6. been up at 1am for 3 days not sure why. great ride man. always on top of it.

it took me a very long to understand you weren't actually traveling the world for these rides :) but i love that you have a setup that works for you! great ride!

ty tina.and.tito...the zwift set up has 7 or 8 main courses..with sub courses as turn offs in that course...its a great way to get a ride in your home...via virtual riding..people from all over the world ride..24-7....well worth checking into ..even pro cyclists use it..as well as pro runners...

Also if you don't want to cardio you can do this 20 push-ups for every hour 20 sit-ups for every hour Losses a lot of weight and you gain muscles
