goooooood morning everyone!!!..well them nice warm 50 degee days are gone again for a few days an have been replaced with them breezy 30 degree days...right now its 28 outside with a wind chill of 17...and im havin trouble talkin myslf into a morning walk...just havent decided if i want to go for that morning walk..or stay in an get another half hour of sleep..im still tired from all the moving yesterday...did 21175 in steps...seems like if i dont get the major part of my steps before lunch well im just to tired to get that many more after lunch...no loss on scales in fact they are up but i expected that..had a bag of pop secret last night right before bed...just means alot of water today to get that worked back outta my system..usually if i eat pop corn then i eat it right after lunch an i have plenty of time to flush out the salt..o well..move on...lol...not worth worryin about...just a day of more water...easy solution...wind is a howlin outside this morning...and the bed is lookin more like an easy solution to thinkin about a morning walk...lol..i did walk further yesterday then the day before..did 3.65 miles in 70 min..day before i did 3 in 57 min..so my walkin time is increasing..and it does help to take a day off ..lol...do i sound like im tryin to convince myslf that its ok to pass on today..lol...well i do think i will take the morning off from walking an just spend that hour of walkin in the gym instead ...sooooooo....catch you all later...have a greattttttt day!!!!!

12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Should Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!
18. And Lastly ....Your Only In Competetion With Yourself...Do The Best You Can Do Everyday !!!!!

Oh my! That late night popcorn really lies there on the tummy - huh! I used to have that snack regularly -- not any more. You know exactly what to do to "stay with it," so you will be fine. Do me a favor. Make this cold weather stay here in the Midwest. I do not want it to follow us through Tennessee or to the Carolinas! Make everybody behave while I am gone!

hehehe...well now i understand why people just shake there head when i tell em about walkin in the winter time...my body kept sayin go bck to bed..my mind kept sayin nope get layered up...once you get enough layers on all that will be out in the air will be your eyes...yeah just came bck from a morning walk..the 57 min walk that i did the day before took 2 min longer this morning with the wind blowin im guessin..that last 3-4 blocks seemed like 10 blocks long with the wind outta the west...im sweating now..so need to change again..an get ready to head to the gym...to get an hour in there...then who knows whats in store for the day...lol

I understand the wanting to get the exercise in before lunch. I sometimes do it in the evening but morning is prime energy time.
