goooood morning everyone!!!...brrr...no morning walk today..18 an no wind chill...to cold for me...i had thought about it..but decided just to stay in an enjoy the warm of the house...didnt do a gym routine yesterday an gonna take off again today as well..let my body wonder whats going on...hopefully tomow it will be warmer in the morning an i can get a walk in...tryin to mix the days up by changing my off days...keep this body guessing whats going on...didnt get as many steps in yesterday since i took the day off from the gym, but o well...there will be other days to make up for it...just gonna stay inside as much as i can this morning..and take it easy...im lookin for spring and more walkin time and less time spent in the gym...will probably quit the gym once it gets warm enough to just do morning walks and afternoon walks..save that money for something else...and really i just enjoy walkin more then spendin that time in the gym...walkin outside you always see different people, where as in the gym the same people ...just a different experience...well need to decide what im gonna eat this morning...tryin to cut back on calories since im not gonna move around as much this morning...have a greattttttttt friday...catch you all later!!!

10. At Lunch Eat Fewer Calories !!!!!
11. At Supper Eat Even Fewer !!!!
12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Should Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!
18. And Lastly ....Your Only In Competetion With Yourself...Do The Best You Can Do Everyday !!!!!
