Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday ....

Morning zwift workout/ride over once again...only way to start my day...rode hilly route course...have been picking courses that in the past I would only do part of it...now riding a course to complete it..and get credit for doing it...

Heat wave here today...35...and each day after warmer days all the way thru first of march...I like it...I like it...snow might be gone in a week...it’s still melting....still mounds of it at end of drive...

I noticed my resting heart rate is coming down...a good thing...still a ways to go to be where it should...

You kno you learn so much about your body..from getting healthy....did I sleep thru that class...heck...back when I was in school...they didn’t have as much processed food or so many additives...

Felt good to ride this morning...I missed it yesterday...but needed the recovery day...8 hours Thursday night....4hours Friday daytime...then...Friday night 743....with a fitbit score of...87... I should be rested...

Have a fantastic positive day...

Ty hebrews1036...yeap..not really into the longer rides..juat like to spend an hour or so on trainer...riding in a fasted mode...energy level starts to fade after certain level...14 now..7 with wind chill...

After my experience with a macular hole, I certainly understand the switch from outside to indoor riding. Great work with your training!

Ty TomLong...at first it bothered me..not to ride outside...but now its a blessing to walk into next room and ride..and..no flats...lol
