ok i don't get it i do what it says to do with the right foods and in one day i gain almost two pounds the only thing difference i am doing is going to work im lost please help me, i have read a lot of post that say beef up the protein and i have very low carbs i dont get this
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

don't worry too much, it will come off. i peeked at your diet calendar and the first thing i noticed is your calories are way low. you really need to hit your RDI or come pretty close. also see you're eating fruit (not supposed to have during induction) and atkins bars (which can stall some people). drink plenty of water, get your calories up and watch what you eat and i'm sure the pounds will start coming off again! big hugs!!

Thank you for the post ( and sophie99 comment) I am up almost 2 pounds today and my heart sunk.... I need to add water and get closer to my cal count. Thank you both :)

@ Sophie- Great comment! @ Dixie- I think it's normal to have day to day fluctuations within a couple pounds. If you are weighing yourself too frequently and inconsistently (at different times of the day, before vs. after eating, etc.,) I think that might give you more discouraging feedback that doesn't really reflect your progress. Good luck.
