Just found out that I have gallstones and mild fatty liver disease. Doctor is putting me on a low fat, low carb, low sodium, low sugar, high fiber diet. Good thing I like fruits and vegetables! As hard as this is I'm just glad it wasn't cancer. That would have been infinitely worse. So instead of lamenting what I can't eat I'm going to rejoice that I don't have to battle cancer. Here's to better health!
