GOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...brrr...another one of them mornings..lol...gettin ready to eat breakfast and THEN!!!...lol...gonna just sit in side an enjoy it...no walk, no gym today..my friend brian the mechanic is comin by to get me an we are headed outta town today...along with 4 other guys ...to a job on the top of a factory roof...i was recruited yesterday...so although i wont be layerin up to walk, i will be layerin up to be outside today...going up north in the state...high here today is only like 37..an my guess ther temps will be around 20-25 for a high...hopefully wont take that long to get a smokestack onto the roof an bolted down...they all have insulated coveralls, but i walk in this kind of weather every morning so i will be dressin like i do when i go out in 25 degree weather with a wind chill of 10...so hopefully i will be just as warm as they are or warmer...lol...so not gonna take my pedometer with me today..dont want to lose or damage it...and il be eating out for a change...so il just make the best choices an live with it...suppers meal will be bck home an able to be in my own space an able to make a better meal...tomow will be a new day to get bck on track once again...and yes c.f...i already been thinkin about where to p on top of a factory...no trees...lol....hope everyone has a great day!!...keep that body up an moving!!!...its all gonna pay off for you!!!

11. WATER!!! ..WATER!!! ...WATER!!!...FLUSH OUT THE SYSTEM !!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
14. EAT ENOUGH FOOD SO YOU DONT PUT YOUR BODY INTO STARVATION MODE !!!!
15. EXERCISING SHOULD BECOME AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU LOOK FORWARD TO EACH DAY!!
16. AND LAST BUT STILL SOMETHING TO REMEMBER !!!!....DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

So! You are goiing to "hit the roof" today - huh? By the end of the day you can say, "Man! I really 'hit the roof' today!" What is it with all our talk about pee lately? Ha! I thought of you last night when I saw that TV ad for px90 (Is that the name of the work out DVD set?) CAn you say MUSCLE CONFUSION? Don't confuse your muscles today! Be careful!

Definitely be careful! And have a great time seeing the rest of the state! It sounds like the work will be laborious. So it will be like a change of exercise. And you have a great attitude about being out of your element in the food department. You're gonna do great!!

well..just got home...was a breezy day on a factory roof puttin up 3 chimneys..first 2 went up easy...last one took 8 guys to get it up...we was lucky that 3 extra guys just happened to be on the roof when the 5 of us was up ther...took 1.5 hours to do the job an get bck on the ground...not that you could tell a difference in temps...lol...the wind was bad today...and it was even snowing while we was up on the roof...can you say slick...lol...but least the roof we was on was flat...unlike the the one we had to cross to get to it...the one we had to cross was at just a little slope with some ice on it...but its all over for the day...an im home safe...yeah it was nice to get outta town an help someone at the same time..we stopped at a buffalo wings sports bar on way home...i had a bacon cheddar cheeseburger, fries and water...after not eating for 6-7 hours...i really didnt care..lol...an when they first brought the sandwich i made the comment that i might need a doggie bag...but...i was wrong...lol...guess i can put it away better then i thought...so ...tomow is a new day of gettin back into my own envirement an back on track...

With that hard work and not eating all day, the burger and fries will probably not affect your weight! Especially since it's the only meal of the day! Glad you're home safe and sound!

thanks everyone!!!!...im just gonna drink lots of water, have some jello before bed since its more water...and lay on the bed...relax...an hopefully not fall asleep before 745...lol...
