JUST AMAZED AT HOW THIS WORKS !!!! ...was on the scales again this morning and im down another pound...just amazes me how i can keep droppin the weight by eating more...lol...who would of thought that eating more and exercising would make you drop off the weight, when your mind tells you eat less and exercise an you should loose the weight...all i did yesterday morning was my morning walk..an then went with friend while he inspected 2 different trailers, one of his many jobs hes qualified to do then came home an was on the go all morning into the first part of the afternoon...after i ate supper last night, i layed down an fell asleep watchin the 5pm news...woke up still feelin run down..so shut of tv an went bck to bed...was up an down 2 x to drain the water, and just woke up...12 hours later..id thought about walkin again today, but have since decided with the wind howlin outside to take the day off and hopefully tomow i can get back at it again...when me an mom was at wally world yesterday i decided to go ahead an buy a pair of 44s...the 46s that i been wearing are just so big on me and so baggy in the butt that i can wear a pair of sweats under them an they are still baggy...lol...so bout a pair of 44s to hold me over till i can get into the 42s...i think along with the fact that the scales told me i was heavier..some of it was all the Christmas cookie makin..might of caught up with me alittle...but its all comin bck off as fast as i put it on...so guess doing all the workouts everyday do have an advantage...well gonna get up an eat breakfast and then probly lay bck down...il catch up with your journals thru out the day when that burst of energy hits me...i did buy some differnt vitamins yesterday..i usually take mens health formula one daily, but yesterday i seen one a days with energy, so thought mabye they might give me alittle more energy to get thru the days...should of gotten the ones that was for weight loss..but when i was lookin yesterday all i was thinkin was extra energy...lol...so....hope you all are doing great!!!...catch you all when that surge of energy hits me again...

thanks bethru, yeap its nice for a change to feel so much more focused an kno that i to can do this...i always knew i could do it...but sometimes when you have the little set backs, you get discouraged an you fall bck into old habits an food becomes your friend once again...but the holidays are over an the homemade cookies are gone...and im ready to get bck into that swing of things and eat healthier and work it off again...

I'll bet you are eating the right kinds and combinations of foods. Good for you. Sorry to make this a guy-gal thing all the time and I do not know if this observation is a valid and verifiable fact - but my husband tells me that men genuinely need more protein than women. He never states why that is! He uses that observation before ordering a large steak. Smile! Again - congrats on the loss Buster! Have a great day!

I guess you've shown your body you are not trying to STARVE it anymore, and it's letting go of it's emergency backup fat! Great! Enjoy your downtime today, twin! I'm feeling like a powernap myself!

feeling alot better this afternoon...if i feel this good tomow, then il be walkin tomow morning...i really think my body was tryin to fight off a bug..as i didnt really feel bad..just a shortage of energy and i was runnin alittle fever last night and earlier this morning but that seems to be gone and im feelin alot better now...guess that 12 hours of rest was what i needed..lol...
