GOOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...wakin up to another cooler morning...32, wind chill 23..already started gettin my layers on ..didnt wear enough of them yesterday morning an felt that cooler air..lol..so put on an extra layer this morning...gonna do a morning walk, then im going to the gym...was on the scales this morning an it was showin down a pound, but il wait till tomow to record it..just to make sure...i like it get it a day to make sure thats what it wants to read..i do print out a calendar off puter each month an i keep track of my weight on it as well from day to day..along with my water intake an my steps thru out the day...seemed like them 8 hours of sleep just wizzed by last night...even though i was up an down several times drainin all the water outta my system ..the only drawback to drinkin lots of water...well..not sure what im gonna do today to keep active, but sure il find something...hope everyone is doing greatttttttt!!!...catch you all later....

just got home from the gym an a morning walk...been havin a really hard time wanting to go to the gym after my morning walk...seems like after i do the morning walk im outta the mood to go to the gym...was a struggle to get ther again this moring, but once i got ther i worked up such a sweat that i changed outta my first tshirt an got on the second one i always take to wear home...but got this mornings workout over with...so break time for a few...then after lunch me an jillian michaels are gonna get another sweat going...lol...

lol...i put on enough layers this morning when i went walkin, that i was actually warm this morning an sweating once i got home to take it all back off...i hate this weather..i hate this weather...sun is shinnin right now...an its brrrrr outside...

Where did that pound go? Oops! I guess you lost it for good - huh! Bye bye pound! See you later Dude! I used to do the hard copy written calendar thing too. I did much more hard copy record keeping before my Fat Secret days. A printed copy of a menu next to the refrigerator in my little "kitchen office" area is VERY HELPFUL for me. How do you like this sunshine Buster? Isn't it great? Hope you keep "losing things" - pounds those are! Later!

hopefully that pound found someone else to carry it..hahahahah...i just do one next to the laptop so scribble my steps on, my weigh in each day and anything else i need to scribble on it thru out the day..phone numbers...lol..what ever...be nice if the sunshine was enough to be warm like in the 60s or higher..lol..

Yay for walking and going to the gym today. How far is your gym from your house? Is it somewhere where it might be feasible to just WALK to the gym? Then when you get there youre more prone to workout and can have a nice cool down walk home? Im thinking of doing that today. Have fun with your Jillian workout. I only have level 1 and 2 for free on my tv, but i really like them so far!! Keep the good work up and the pounds down

yeah i could probly walk to the gym...just a 20 min walk to it an a 20 min walk bck home...but when i get done with my 1 1/2 hours of workout at the gym all i can think about is crawlin out to the vechile and ridin in comfort home..hahahah...
