goooood sunday morning everyone!!!......storms went thru last night...and the temps are no longer as warm as yesterday...34 outside ..25 windchill..the difference a day makes...gettin ready to layer up once again an do a morning walk, then later in the day do a floor routine or the dvd...did stretch some and i did the dvd yesterday afternoon...but no loss on the scales today but cant expect that everyday...i was gonna tell you all that the cherry fruit extract that i was taking for my knee is working great... cherry fruit extract link ...i take just one per day ..your suppose to take 2, but one gets me by most days anymore..i started takin them on dec 8..i usually mark on the bottle cap anytime i try somethin new ...anyways they seem to be working great..my knee no longer bothers me like it once did ...so a good thing...not sure what im gonna do today except try an keep moving as much as i can...called my friend yesterday..hes still recoupin in his back, and said no doing anything out at his place till after jan 1...part cause of his back, part cause everyone is broke...so means i gotta find something to occupy me thru the day to keep me up an movin so i dont sit to much and like it...lol...makes it hard to do when its cold outside ..Christmas tree is still up, tried to take it down yesterday but mom wants to keep it up still...im ready to take it down an be done with it...well enough babblin for now..need to get up an get breakfast into me..so i can layer up an go for a morning walk...ITS NOT RAININ COBRA !!!!...so you can go for that morning walk today..lol..have a great day...catch you all later...

Yeah, we got the storms and now the chilly weather! It was nice while it lasted though... right?!?! LOL. I won't bundle up.. but I will hop on the ole' treadmill in a bit!!! =)

Thank you so so so so so so much for the clarity and perspective over on my journal regarding the "going to the barbecue bar for lunch with the guys" situation. I COMPLETELY OVER-REACTED! Of all the helpful advice - your advice balanced everything out with a logical male perspective! I left you a note on my December 27 journal entry. The sun is shining here! Hooray! Did you hear the wind last night? Geeeez! I thought we were all going to blow away! Are you still doing your pX90 (I can't think of the exact name.) workouts? Those infomercial ads are all over the TV! Just in time for the new year! I wonder how many well intended individuals will order the DVD's and then NOT use them. Got to think positive!

im not doing a px90...im doing the jillian michaels workout..30 day shred..yeah wind was bad here last night as well...i finally just layed down on the bed an though o well...went to sleep...lol..figured if i got blown away..what a dream i would have...hahaha...i agree with you on the dvds that you buy from tv infomercials...how you gonna kno if its any good or not..thats what i get em at the library when i can ...i get to try em before i decide if they are worth the $$$$ cha ching...

Havent seen sunshine here in at least 2 weeks. Just yuck weather, sometimes hot sometime cold but always overcast. I hope you are getting the same sunshine that Cobra is today. Get out and enjoy it!

Read back to Nov 24th on your journals....good to see and hear that you're doing great....You;'re right - the inches are more important than the scales....Hope you got to hand out ALL those yummmmmy cookies made......lol.....See you've changed to WW and the Points system.....Be a great change for your body I'm sure.....hugggs and keep that positive attitude.....>D

Keep warm! Am I going to have to send you some sunshine from Texas? :O) I can send sunshine but not any good Cowboy's football! I think we need to rethink some things here in Dallas. I guess they have a while to figure out what they are gonna do. Glad to hear about your knees. Keep up the good work with your workouts!

gah, so much to respond to but proly will forget, i do that. anywho, whats the cherry extract stuff do exactly? Ive got a bad knee. anything that will fix it would be fabulous!! as for your dvds. I see somewhere you said youre doing the Jillian Michaels dvd. Are you doing it for free with On Demand right now??? Shes got level 1 and 2 on On Demand for free for the next 30 days and i did Level 1 yesterday and level 2 today and oh my god they kick my ass!!! im literally sweating all over and running out of breath and it isnt even half way through usually hahaha

keeps the inflamation around my knee from gettin worse..if i wasnt takin them..i wouldnt be able to be walkin this time of year as cold as it is...i kno because back in nov i was off for a month cause my knee was bothering me so bad..thats when i decided to try the cherry fruit extract...got them dec 8 an will order again when these are gone..yes i tried aleves before i ordered these...but i can tell you from what i see..theres no comparison between the 2...i put my aleves away an only use the cherry fruit extracts for my knee...i didnt kno when i ordered how well it would work, but thought if it worked half as good as the reviews on it was...then it would be better then bein in pain ...im glad i did...as for the workouts, i am using the level 1 still and probly will for another 2 or 3 weeks, an then i might go to level 2..ive watched them all the way just to see the exercises..an yes level one breaks out a good sweat when i do it...and its just a 30 min workout...
