Your thoughts about using the Weight Watchers point system surprised me. I have always thought that you do pretty well with your food. Honestly - I don't seem to notice the food part of others' programs as much as I notice the various kinds of exercise. For myself - personally - I have never had success with Weight Watchers. My lack of success has more to do with my own insecurities in social circumstances. Long story. As we usually say - whatever works for you! Do what ya got to do! Man! It is dangerously cold outside. My husband went out to get the paper and I thought he had been out a long while. The garage is so cold it seems there is a door open somewhere. We will still go for a walk -- to make an adventure of it.

Just looked at your diet calendar, and I have to agree that maybe you aren't getting enough calories, especially with all the exercise you get. Maybe the WW points will help you keep in a healthy range. I use the WW points as a guide, even though I don't go to meetings or anything. There are places online to figure out your WW point goal, and FS shows them on you food diary if you pick that as an option. Good luck with whatever you decide! Stay warm, twin!

i just thought by using the ww points, then i could come closer to eating closer to the calorie intake i should be...it will be like gettin the weight off a challenge for a few weeks, but mabye that will fool my body into lettin go of some of the weight...or thats the plan..

amryk has a great suggestion. Anything to keep you aware. Do you want to hear about how cold it was out there this morning? Oh my God! I wore two pairs of fleece sweat pants. Those two pair were not enough! My legs were stinging! Tomorrow I will wear my husband's insulated "wind pants." It was fun though! I thought of you when we were walking! No lie! Much love!

hahahah...ive been wearin 3 pairs of sweat pants anytime it gets below 20 and 3 hoodies, and a insulated top...ski mask, and a bandana over my mouth an nose...an thats just when it gets below 20 outside...but i stay warm dressin like that an i can still move around just as good...thats the thing i like about hoodies they dont keep you from movin around as much as a regular coat would...an in layers they are very warm...

It's colder than a tin potty seat on the shady side of an iceberg. LOL!!!!!! Hey Loosin! Use the WW points calculator that you can find online (Google it), then like amryk said- use the WW points option on the Food Diary on FS. I will go into it and actually play around with different foods that I am thinking about eating for dinner. You can easily delete it if you want to check something else's points values.
