GOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE !!!!...just gettin up an movin around this morning...the difference a day makes in temps...yesterday this time it was 55...and all the cement was sweating, today its its much cooler again bck into the 30s or less...but dont really matter...lol...just another day of tryin to make healthy food choices an gettin some kind of movement thru out the day...got the car fixed rest of the way yesterday and delivered...2 days off and then back to helpin again next week for a day or so before we shut down for xmas..was lookin at a total gym 1700 last night online from walmart...been thinkin if i had that at the house...then i wouldnt have to pay gym fees and id still get a great workout...right now its just a thought..gonna take today off from the gym...need to go for a walk at least, but not sure if im gonna do that either...guess im still tired even though i didnt get up till 530am this morning...wasnt in any rush...just layed in bed an thought how great it felt not to be in a rush an headed out the door ...gonna make cookies again later this morning...hopefully il get a few more to sample this time..i think weve already handed out to all the closest of friends...but who knows??????...if only you all lived closer...mmmmm smell them fresh cookies...and TEMPTATION !!!! ...lol...well need to get up an movin once again...almost 6am now...an still need to eat breakfast...and decide if im gonna get a morning walk in or not...have a great day off...and catch you later...

I thought of you the other night. My son showed me a video on his cell phone. His friend had filmed him as he lifted 335 pounds. It looked scary to me! I thought, "What if that bar fell on his head?" He did have a spotter. I know nothing about weight training but I know that you are into that a bit. Enjoy the process. I know that weight loss and physical fitness is so much different for men than it is for women. Much love!

Grammar Correction - In the previous post "Weight loss and physical fitness IS" should read "Weight loss and physical fitness ARE." Subject-Verb Agreement! My mistake!

when lifting more weight ...its always a great idea to have a spotter..or a plan just incase your arms and or legs give out on you...regardless of the exercise its all about being safe..

I had a total gym! They are fabulous! I'm sure you would love it! Mine was in the basement and when the basement flooded, it got ruined! I used to do some kind of exercise on it every day. You do get a wonderful workout on them.

Hey, maybe we'll be baking together today, twin! I'm making cookies today, too. My mom asked me to do her baking for her, so she could give them as gifts. Just a thought - if you got the total gym at home, would you miss the social part of going to the gym? Being around other people? Other than that, it sounds like a great idea! Have a great day - and not too many taste-tests! :)
