Last minute Transformation Tuesday post:

Diablo wants to go back 20 years to show where he came from with his progress? Very well. I'm going back a bit too lol.

Always been a skinny stick. I just used to have hair.

After years of effort and food, I've managed to put on nearly 100lbs in just 35 years!

In 3 years, I've actually become "thicc"... at least my torso. These will be my "before" shots when I focus on my arms in another year. I'm focused on chest, back, and legs for now - they take the most work for me.

Seriously though, you look fantastic! I’m sure it’s hard for men that are naturally tall and slender to put on so much muscle mass like this. You look massive in the second pic.
