So I lost 8lbs total for the first week...I'm not impressed...I could've done that eating 1200 cals a day and working out. Too Easy...instead I've been miserable and sick for the last few day....only to lose just 8lbs...I was thinking I would lose 10 plus lbs the first week...NOPE. I also checked my inches...only lost 1.5 inches this week...I know that is something, but once again...I could've done that on a regular eat healthy, lower calories, and exercise diet...no prob. I would like to lose 20 more lbs in the next 3 weeks...not sure if that is going to happen though...I think I'm just wasting my time. Cause once I get off HCG...I have to wait almost a whole month before I can start losing again...what a waste of time. HCG SUCKS!! I hate the way I feel, I hate not being able to eat normal amounts. I know just week 1...give it more time...I heard there is a slow down on weight in week 2..maybe that won't be the case for me...if I keep losing 1 lb a day...I'll be okay , but if that stops there is no way I will make it to 218lbs (which is still a lot of weight to have). Plus I was also counting on the fat to go down...I was at 49.2%, this week I"m at 49.9%...I know my body is holding on to fat, but gee....giving it another week to decide if I"m cutting it off at 21 days or going to do the whole 30 I had planned.

don't give up smartin! 8 lbs lost is SO much better than gaining! Just keep up the work girl! You can do this.. I have faith in ya! But in a way I know on how ya feel.. being in that rut feeling is not the best place to be (as I was there last week and am slowly trying to pull myself out of it now).. but just don't give up.. you got this!

Wow! I would be so happy to lose 8 pounds. That's an insane amount of weight for one week. But if the diet isn't sustainable for you, you might be better with a different plan. I don't think it's worth it to be miserable. The second week is usually lower because the first week is a lot of water loss. But you might have another great number next week. Our bodies work in strange ways. Good luck whatever you decide!

I expected to lose more Suzi...like I mentioned the first week of a lower calorie 1200 diet and exercise I can lose the same amount. So if I can keep losing about a 1 lb a day on HCG I will continue to day 30...if not it stops at day 21...then I reset my metabolism and go back to the eat healthy and exercise route. I only did HCG with the hopes of losing 30 lbs in one month, but in reality I could've just gone with losing 15 lbs a mth on my other diet and been happy. Since I have to wait almost another month after I finish phase 2 to lose anymore weight it is like taking 2 mths to lose 30lbs....sigh..I know better than these quick fixes.
