So I was looking at Atkins Induction Phase...I heard that is about the same as hCG phase 4. It looks easy...I mean super easy....I can have at least 1000 calories (that is a ton of food)...and so many choices. I read about Atkins people bitching cause the induction phase is so hard...WTF...try one week of hcG and get back to me. I can't have anything but chicken, some beef, and a little seafood...the veggies options are even smaller. And no oil...to include skin care products?? I can't wait to get to Phase 4...I'm going to eat the hell out of some avocados with tuna, enjoy using olive oil to cook things, and I love almonds. Of course I disagree with Atkins Fat intake...I can understand, nuts, avocados, oils, but other stuff like fatty meats and cheese...yeah I"m going to stay away from that. Don't get me wrong I will add a little cheese to my meals here and there, but let's not go crazy. I still want my fat to be in a reasonable level. OHHHH I CAN'T WAIT TO GET TO PHASE 4...BRING IT ON!!
