Trying a new Spice ▪ Pink Shrimp, sautee'd with EVOO, butter, garlic, celery, tomatoes, onions, Tajin, fresh basil & oregano ▪ Linguini & baby spinach....squeeze of lemon juice

Wholefood, it says tajin with lime on the label. The ingredients are chili peppers, sea salt, citric acid & dehydrated lime juice. I have not bought tajin before & this is what I found in the Mexican food section at Walmart.

Sherry, also try a touch in tuna or chicken salad. To those i also like to add some jicama for a bit of crunch and sweetness.
