RISE AND SHINE!!!!!...GOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...day 489...wakin up to the 50s this morning and ready to get this day started....didnt do all that much exercise yesterday, just did a few floor exercises, gave my body a rest from daily exercise and today im ready to rock an roll down the street an then do the weight routine...i dug my ankle weights outta the closet last night so i can remember to wear them this morning on my morning walk...more resistance on my walks...then come home an do a weight routine...another busy day of keepin up and moving...burn all the calories i can...rain is movin into the area tomow, so might have to walk inside, but have already decided if i have to walk inside then thats better then no walk...was really nice here yesterday once the sun got up in the sky high enough to warm the day up...ended up in the 80s yesterday afternoon...another good day to soak up the sun for a few and just relax and enjoy the quiet time...well...its that time again...time to get up ..head to the kitchen..and get breakfast ready...get a protein shake and cereal and get ready for that morning walk...so hope your all doing great and if you get a chance, head over to MelodyTX's journal ... and read her last journal entry..its very interesting and worth a try for anyone havin a problem with weight loss at the moment...HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!...CATCH YOU ALL LATER!!!!

Just got home from a morning wlk an wearing the ankle weights..they are adjustable, from one to five pounds...i figured what the heck id just go with five pounds...hehehe...well my usual hour walk went well, but most of the walk wasnt a walk but a shuffle..almost looked like i was walkin drunk down the sidewalks an the streets, and worked up a good sweat to...lol...now to go an do some weights...

thanks everyone...well my morning workouts are over..and now i have the rest of the day to get the errands and whatever else is in store for me done...
