GOOOOOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNIN EVRYONE!!!...day 488....just wakin up when i was up at 4am to p...decided today would be a good day just to take a day off...let my legs an feet have a rest from walkin and im off today from liftin as well, instead thought id do a few crunches an pushups for a change on my days off when i dont do the weights, still get a short workout...since i have been lifting 2x per day, ive been noticing that im hungrier...not a good thing, but im sure its something i will have to address....yesterday evening it was like i just couldnt get enough to eat...might have to increase my intake on the protein drink...that i drink...to 3x a day when i lift 2x thru the day...i was curious about my weight this morning, felt like i was down, so already been on the scales...an sure enough bck down to 285....surprising for all i ate yesterday...lol...guess i needed it...even had pinapple sherbert with my jello...it was mmmmmm good...lol...just ate what i wanted...figured since i had just weighed 2 days ago, what the heck might as well enjoy a good snack for a change...i have noticed when i have sherbert, i dont eat as much of it as i once did...but its like that with anything i eat anymore...and thats a great thing...cuttin down on the portion sizes...thats what its all about eating better with smaller sizes...well need to get up an movin...dont want to sit to long an get outta the mood to do my floor exercises...then i have to boil up some chicken for my weekly meals, and do some other cooking to freeze it for meals...try an get stuff cooked up today, so its easier to grab when im ready to eat...put more grapes in the freezer in a bowl, somethin easy to grab when i feel snacky...have a great sunday!!!! ....catch you all later...

Once again very inspiring, I too have found cutting down on portion size makes a big difference. It doesn't have to be like mama said, clean you plate. Leave a few bites.
