I know I'm getting a bit soft. Not where I need to be, but thankful that I'm not where I used to be. Here's me 2 years ago today and tonight getting ready for another at home lift session. 57 pounds lost between these two photos. So hard to get motivated but old pics remind me I am doing OK. Note to self- Take pics AFTER the workout next time to have a pump. 🤸🏼♀️💪🏻❤

@steelers mama- Started consistently counting calories and lifting weights in Feb/Mar of 2019 at 242 pounds. Got to 180's by January- about 60 pounds in 10-11 months.
