goooooood morning everyone...day 469...uughhh!!!...alot cooler outside this morning...cold in the house..47 outside..was hard gettin outta bed an from under the nice warm covers..alarm clock had to wake me up today..i was actually sore and stiff last night when i layed down for a change...but all the soreness is gone today, just still tired..i surprised myslf by walking over six miles yesterday with my 2 walks...gonna try an do 2 every day an get my body built back up to more steps again...hadnt planned on walkin that far yesterday, but when i started, an got to a certain point, i thought geez this is easy...i can do this...so today is weight day, along with walkin, and crunches, an knee pushups..no pilates...the dvd is gettin easier as is the extra moving around...well need to get up an get to moving again...want to be out the door around 515 am so i can get my walk done and get the rest of the day started...hope your all doing well...you can do this ...believe in yourslf and its yours for the taking!!!!!!!

first walk in..didnt go as far about 2.75 miles...now to get on the floor an get my crunches in, and my weights, and up the pushups, keep addin a few more on each day ...then later after lunch another walk is planned...should be rested by then an ready to make them shoes smoke!!!!

second walk in...still have alittle weight routine left to to..an then...the rest of the day to do odd stuff outside before it gets to cold to do it...

A lot cooler around here, too! I like it during the day! But you're right - it's hard to get out of bed in the morning, when it's so comfy under the covers. Have a wonderful day!

been telling myself Ill get up earlirer but find 7am early enough but just joined the 60 min walk a day so aill try for 6.45. It is so cold and wet and grey here in Cork thats its hard to leave the bed.

when i first started walkin...i didnt use a pedometer and i would drive my route to see how far i was walkin...but since i got my pedometer, i can tell by just using my ped..and as ive said its so motivational seein the steps you take each an every day..cept for them days you take off..an only see x amount..lol..

Ive bought 2 pedometers and just couldnt set it up. I think they are great things but Im going to have to walk to college every morning, its about 2 mile from my house and will try build up doing flights of stairs in college, will look for my pedometers and try use them in November when I start to slag off, my usual story

the omron, hj-112 that i use is pretty simple to set up, comes with a small book, ive not had any problms with mine..keeps 7 days of steps in memory...

Gee whiz! Reading about your exercise always makes me think that I did not get enough exercise. I guess exercise is all relative - huh! Must admit I like the challenge. When I log on to see how much everyone else has been doing - it makes me want to do more! Love ya and respect ya Mr. Fun!
