Update:
I took time off. Had my third baby at 35-I'll be 38 this year!
I gained 10 lbs in a year (weight gain was post nursing baby, not pregnancy), and I am struggling getting back into my work out routine.

I have lost 40 pounds!
Weight I never believed would have ever fallen off. Seriously.

I started in Jan 08.
This site got me hooked right away. I learned this journey is never ending, we don't reach goal and 'finish'. We keep going, we keep learning, we keep setting new goals.

I am here to maintain and to help others.

Weightloss can happen if you want it bad enough, and you set your mind to it!

I have accepted this new lifestyle and really have enjoyed the journey.
I have met wonderful people on this site, and would have never wanted to lose weight any other way! We are all here for eachother. Plus, I was able to record my every thought and weight along the way.

I have a wonderful and supportive husband and 2 kids.

Quinoa - Ever cooked it? What are your thoughts?
Quinoa pasta sounds fab! Haven't heard of it, will be on the look out.

I do like to listen to Dr Oz, hmmm we'll have to research that further. Although, I never roast them

LOL CH, I thought the same thing about the nuts. I think she meant w/ adding oils?

Thx for adding the nutrion value. I try to stick to 1/4 cup of serving, bulking it up w/ veggies
