GOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...DAY 467...welp ike will be passin thru here in another hour or 2 and then heading east...according to the weather last night...just looked at the weather map..an looks like a lotta rain is comin thur out the day...not sure if i can get a walk in today or not..might just take off from walkin..since i have been doing walks for last 3 mornings...my feet are still lookin good...so im thinkin the shorter walks are better right now for me...gonna get on the floor later an do my crunches and then do some dumbbell bench presses and curls, still havent decided about what kind of equipment im lookin for to use here at the house..have even thought about going bck to the gym, but dont really want to do that yet either...was hopin to stay outta the gym for at least 6 months to give my body a change of pace from ther...buddy didnt call yesterday, so ended up gettin a workout inside...was so humid outside, was kinda glad he didnt call...gave me time to get some food prep done yesterday afternoon, so i stay better on track when it comes time to open the fridge an grab something to eat...need to thaw some chicken breast out today an get them boiled up for my morning breakfast...and il be prepped up for the next 3-4 days...well need to go an find breakfast...and get this day started again....hope everyone is doing great and having a great weekend!!!!!


MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

I'm getting ready to do my walking and crunches so I'll think about cha, LOL. Did you get your laptop fixed? What was the problem anyway?

yeap got laptop fixed...they couldnt find anything wrong with it an its workin fine again...so who knows ???...guess it was just having a bad day that day and needed some attention instead of me cursin it out...lol...

LOL, well.. my laptop is acting like a retard these days as well... I guess there will be no more layin up in the bed, surfin the net!! I gotta let my hubby look at it.. I probably did something to it but we won't tell him that part, HA! I'm innocent, I tell ya!!!!! =O

I have a friend who got it and she loves it. I figure I would fall off. Good job on your commitment to exercise. You are truly an inspiration. I started listeniong to the mp3's again and I know that will help.

lol on the exercise dvds...nice day for an afternoon nappy..hahhaha...rain seems to be over for the most part..but the wind has picked up..wind advisory for next 2 hours here...

Hey Mike, I have the total opposite of your weather pattern...I was thinking if we mix and mingle my HEAT WAVE with your rainy days and nights, we'll get a nice mixture of PLEASANT DAYS AHEAD!! your graph is lookin' absolutely wonderful, friend!
