Draglist's Journal, 26 March 2020

Woke at 219.2, up 2.2 after two huge meals yesterday. Started the day with 20 minutes of HIIT spinning. Now coffee and water. Will fast until tomorrow. UPDATE: Coffee and water only today. Got to 218.4 at 6 pm.
